Terms & conditions
Simple, clear rules for lessons, packages and group courses. Last updated: 30 October 2026.
Lessons & booking
- Lessons are 1-on-1 on Google Meet and last 50 minutes (the trial lesson is 30 minutes).
- We agree on lesson times together on WhatsApp.
- Prices are in Turkish lira (TL). Payment is by card (Shopier) or bank transfer.
No refunds
- All purchases are non-refundable: the trial lesson, single lessons, lesson packages and group courses.
- You can take a trial lesson or book single lessons first, so you can decide with no pressure before you buy a package.
Package validity
- 30-lesson packages: valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
- 60-lesson packages: valid for 9 months from the purchase date.
- 90-lesson packages: valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Any unused lessons expire automatically after their designated period and cannot be extended or transferred.
Rescheduling & cancellation
- To reschedule or cancel a lesson, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are charged in full (the lesson is deducted from your package).
Group courses
- Once a group course has started, no cancellations, refunds or transfers to another person or another term are possible.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
