English exams: a short guide
IELTS, TOEFL or Duolingo: which one should you take?
First check what your university, employer or visa authority accepts. IELTS is widely accepted for study and migration; TOEFL iBT is popular with universities, especially in the USA; the Duolingo English Test is taken from home, costs less and gives fast results, but it isn't accepted everywhere, especially for visas.
If you have a choice, we pick the test that suits your strengths and your timeline.

How long does it take to raise my score?
It depends on the gap between your current and target score and on how much you practise. A small gap can close in a few weeks of focused work on strategy and writing; a bigger jump usually takes a few months. Your diagnostic gives you a realistic plan.
Retaking an exam costs time and money, so a well-planned preparation pays for itself.
YDS, e-YDS and YÖKDİL
These ÖSYM exams are used in Türkiye for academic posts, graduate admissions, academic promotion and public-sector language allowances. Results are usually valid for five years. The tests focus on vocabulary, grammar and reading, so speed and pattern recognition matter a lot, and we train both, explained in Turkish.

How many lessons do I need?
It depends on your current level, your target score and your exam date. After the diagnostic in your trial lesson, I'll give you an honest estimate.
Do you mark IELTS writing tasks?
Yes. Your essays are marked against the official band descriptors, with corrections and tips to reach the next band.
Can you teach YDS in Turkish?
Yes. YDS and YÖKDİL preparation is explained in Turkish, with lots of timed practice.
How much does exam preparation cost?
A single 50-minute exam lesson is ₺1,600 and the trial lesson is ₺400. In the 30-, 60- and 90-lesson programs each lesson costs less, and timed mock tests with score estimates are included.
